Refunds & Cancellations
Plans change. Here’s exactly how cancellations, renewals, and payments work.

01Automatic Renewals
Your 1-month, 3-month, or 12-month subscription automatically renews for another term of the same length unless you cancel before the renewal date. The payment method on file will be charged the then-current subscription price plus applicable taxes.
02How to Cancel
- Sign in to your Nurscience account.
- Open My Account.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Select your active plan and choose Cancel.
If you cannot access your account, email support@nurscience.com before the renewal date. Include the email address connected to your account, but never send your password or complete card number.
03What Happens After Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not immediately close your account. You will keep access through the end of the subscription term you already paid for. After that date, your paid access ends unless you subscribe again.
04Cancel Before Renewal
You are responsible for canceling before the renewal is processed. Starting a cancellation after a renewal charge does not automatically reverse that charge. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before the renewal date to allow time to resolve any account-access problem.
05Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same purchase, email us promptly. We will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors or duplicate charges.
06Unauthorized Charges
If you do not recognize a charge, contact us promptly and also take appropriate steps to protect your payment account. We may ask for information reasonably needed to locate and investigate the transaction.
07Technical Access Problems
If a technical problem prevents you from using your paid account, tell us promptly. We will make a reasonable effort to restore your access and get you back to studying.
08How to Request Help
Email support@nurscience.com with:
- Your name and account email address.
- The purchase date and subscription plan.
- A brief explanation of what happened.
Please do not send your password, complete card number, or sensitive patient information.
09Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact us first so we can review a billing concern promptly. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, we may temporarily suspend the related account while the payment provider investigates and may provide the provider with relevant transaction, account, cancellation, and usage records.
10Your Rights Under Law
This Policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. If the law where you live requires a refund, cancellation method, notice, or other remedy that is more favorable than this Policy, we will honor that requirement.
11Policy Changes
We may update this Policy as Nurscience or legal requirements change. The version in effect when a charge is made will generally govern that charge, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We will post updates here with a new “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when required.
